DECIBEL is excited to announce a strategic transition of TheWell Systems to OfflineX. This move comes as part of an already established relationship between the two companies, which began in August 2023.

In October 2023, a license agreement was signed, granting OfflineX exclusive rights to distribute TheWell in contexts outside of DECIBEL’s focus areas. The team at OfflineX, a company building solutions to serve diverse groups who are operating both online and offline, has been deeply involved with the software development and hardware production of TheWell for several years, making them uniquely positioned to carry forward the legacy of this innovative system.

Given the recent financial shifts within DECIBEL, OfflineX has graciously committed to ensuring the continued development and support of TheWell Systems. Moreover, OfflineX will actively support DECIBEL Training and Word Online, creating a distinctive partnership where both organisations work together to achieve their shared goal of making an exponential impact in the Kingdom of God.

The board of trustees at DECIBEL has agreed to proceed with OfflineX. Over the coming months, both parties will work diligently to ensure a smooth transition, with a strong commitment to avoiding any disruption in product development and client support.
